Too Belles Return Policy
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Jewelry, personalized items and Final Sale items are Final Sale. Items are eligible for return ONLY if they meet the following criteria:
Items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and still have the original tags attached.
- Items must be received by Too Belles Boutique within 21 days of the date your order was shipped from us. The ship date can be found on your invoice. Also, please allow 5-7 days for transit to insure that we receive your item within the 21 day window.
- Shipping is non-refundable. (Unless of course, Too Belles Boutique has made an error in shipping.)
- To make a return please fill out the return/exchange form under the returns tab and enclose in your return package.
- Too Belles Boutique is not responsible for costs incurred for shipping returns/exchanges. Too Belles Boutique is also not responsible for items lost in transit. We suggest that you send items back to us using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number.
- Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return/exchange.
- Due to the limited quantities per unique style we cannot guarantee an exchange. In this circumstance a store credit will be issued!
- Store credits are issued in the form of gift certificate codes by email to the email address on file. You may change that email address by making note of this on your return/exchange form.
- Store credits must be used within one year of their issue date – also found on the store credit voucher.
